Here's the range of Wood Siding work our crews handle across Lexington, TN.
We plan pattern and exposure before the first shingle goes up, not adjusted mid-install. Shake exposure — how much of each shingle shows — gets set consistently across the wall for an even weathered look.
We treat replacement boards to match the moisture protection of surrounding material. Replacement boards are sealed on all six sides, including the back, before installation to prevent moisture wicking.
Rot remediation includes checking behind the board for sheathing damage before closing it back up. A referral to a licensed pest control specialist is offered when active infestation is found.
We match stain color and sheen to your home's existing look or help you choose a refresh. We test stain absorption on a hidden section first, since weathered wood can absorb unevenly.
